Maurice Lavelle Conaway, better known as Velly, is a versatile, contemporary music producer from Baltimore, MD. Velly is also the CEO of Velly Music Group. He is a dynamic musician capable of playing five different instruments as well as reading, writing and composing full scores. He is known for producing a number of tracks for artists such as Twista and Busta Rhymes as well as numerous other artists. Velly has been nominated for a Stellar Award for production expertise in regards to gospel artist Flame. Velly is currently working on numerous television soundtracks for the Oxygen network and is working diligently on new music for Joe, Mya and the highly anticipated album by Tank, Ginuwine and Tyrese. He has recently finished up production for the artist Jin, formerly with Ruff Ryders.
