Va’da, is a prolific singer/songwriter whose genre ranges from R&B to Hip-Hop and Gospel to Rock, as the name implies… she is “Hot like NeVADA.”

The first major project Va’da has written for is the BarberShop 2 “Back In Business” soundtrack, where she has two songs featured. “All” and “Private Party.” Both songs are performed by Interscope Records R&B artist “Olivia” the latter was co-written with Corte (Warner Bros. Music Publishing)is also featured in the film.

Va’da along with Pras, Wyclef (the Fugees) and Akon did a record for Pras’s sophomore album “Win, Lose or Draw.” On this project you can hear her on the background vocals with Akon and Wyclef on “Mr. Martin.” She also did the vocal arrangements on the track “One Monkey.” Va’da has worked with the likes of Bangladesh, Toomp, Mya, Kwame, Corte Ellis, and many more. She released her first single “Away” last November and is currently working on her first album release while she continues to write for other artists. Want to know more?
