Eric Isles a.k.a E.I. is a music producer based in New York. He is the President and CEO of Uplifted Productions LLC® and Crown Loops™.
His drive for success in the music industry began at an early age performing as a rap artist, then eventually switching to writing and producing with music producer Richard Astwood.
E.I. finally got his big break into the recording industry when the ears of former Def Jam heads Russell Simmons and Rick Rubin heard several of his tracks given to them by music producer Vincent Bell. That encounter eventually landed E.I. his first major music contract with Def Jam Music Publishing. Eric has worked with,and has credits on projects with SONNY (Sonny Global Entertainment), RUSSELL SIMMONS (Def Jam), HANK SHOCKLEE (Def Jam), ICE-T (Epic/Syndicate), ALYSON WILLIAMS (Def Jam), DANNII MINOGUE (Mushroom/MCA), and co-production on the all time classic Hip-Hop smash! -“Small Time Hustler” by THE DISMASTERS. With these accomplishments under his belt E.I. decided to further his education and production skills successfully graduating from audio engineering school which helped to develop his understanding of music production. He received an Audio Engineering certification from Modern Recording Workshop in NY where he learned all aspects about audio engineering, music production, and microphonics. After graduating, E.I. launched his own music production company, Uplifted Productions, LLC. Over time, Uplifted Productions has developed into a pro level fully equipped project studio for developing artists, writing and producing music.
