Tk Blak wad born and raised in Baltimore Md. He was known to his family as Allan Hunter Jr. Born on October 3rd 1981. He is the first of four children.
Tk Blak was raised in a good home in the rough neighborhood of 20th & Kennedy.
Tk Blak had boy aspirations of being a Rap artist. After being expelled from Northern High School, his passion for rapping only increased.
In 2003, Tk Blak the Indie Artist encountered his first incarceration as a young adult due to the distribution of narcotics. The passion for rap never stopped. When behind bars he only perfected his craft!
Upon release Tk Blak’s passion for rapping spiraled into live performances that packed out The Five Seasons Lounge, The Black Hole, Dubai Night Club, Blue Fin, Lasons Bar & Grill and many other venues throughout Baltimore, MD.
In 2008 Tk Blak had another brief holt in his career with a second incarceration. To regain his fan base, Tk Blak released his first mixtape entitled “Back like I never left”. With his smash hit single “System” he took the city by storm! With an unfortunate 3rd run in with law enforcement, Tk Blak vowed not to become incarcerated ever again. 5 months after his release he dropped another mixtape entitled “Back like I never left Vol. 2”.
Regaining his fan base Tk Blak started doing shows in and outside of his hometown. Being back on top, Tk Blak has been welcomed with nothing but love. Constantly in the studio making music he is trailblazing new ground.
