Young Yule James Harrison AKA B.L.A.C. started writing music at the early age of 11.That same year he got the opportunity to hear himself in a basement recording studio his step father decided to bring him to one day. He recorded a verse memorized from a school talent show, and what was supposed to be a trial and error run for a first timer,it ended up being his very 1st feature when decided to keep him on the record. With a fast start, he never looked back. It wasn’t until he turned 15,away on summer vacation,visiting his mother there was another family member noticed his eagerness to record music professionally. He then learned to compose whole songs . In just 2 years of learning, he decided to produce his own album at home on his computer. He now knew what it took to craft entire bodies of work and continued on to peruse music professionally. He started working with a management company called Big Business and began releasing material to build a name up for himself in his hometown of Queens. After a while he parted ways with company to do things on his own .He eventually moved to Richmond,Virginia in search for another way to get his music heard. Throughout the years he’s released “The New Born” and “A Show Of Maturity”, “Smoke Music”,and Cool Kids Only,and now ready to release his 5th project “Something To Think About”,B.L.A.C. has now grown into the artist that will be making his mark in the hip hop scene for 2016.
