Toni-Tenniel Thomas is a philanthropist, a businesswoman and loving wife. Tenniel has accomplished extraordinary tasks that have many regarding her as an influential woman. Her multifaceted career began with the accumulation of her BA in sociology from Georgia State University. During her collegiate years, Tenniel realized her passion for helping others obtain their developmental, social, and educational goals. Following undergraduate school, she went on to receive her Masters in Business from the University of Phoenix.

By this time, she had also obtained several years of hands on experience in working in social service capacities, including helping families to become self-sufficient and obtaining the resources they needed to survive. From these experiences, Tenniel developed a desire to put in place programs that could better and more directly serve and build up the community. With her experience, education, and business sense, she along with her husband Lonnie Thomas created the multidimensional company Thomas 360. Thomas360 which specializes in consulting, business development, investing, and real estate, they are particularly dedicated to its community involvement and service.

The Thomas 360 Foundation is a subsidiary of Thomas 360. It is a community service venture which focuses on providing services to at risk children such as job readiness skills, college preparatory workshops, and mentoring. Her goal with the company’s community involvement is to reach children at a young age in order to instill in them pride and self-confidence as well as to encourage them to excel, understanding that they are the leaders of the future. With this belief, The Thomas 360 Foundation is deeply involved in projects such as sponsoring events to raise funding for the Boys & Girls Club, Ceek to Fulfill as well as sponsoring Kenni Enterprises’ annual Precious P.E.A.R.L.S event for promising, underprivileged, college-bound young ladies.

The Life Transition Project, Inc. which she also owns and operates is a program devoted to helping ex-offenders transition back into life in the community. LTP offers assistance with job readiness, financial education, voter registration, transitional housing, obtaining various resources for basic cardinal needs, and a myriad of other services designed to fit the specific needs of the individual.

Toni-Tenniel the servant stands strong in her faith and her family – her real priorities. It is her mission to help others find hope in a world while spreading the unconditional love of Jesus. Tenniel is currently seeking her PhD in Human Services from Walden University. It is Tenniel’s’ hope that her works inspire others to create ways to better our community as well as encourage those who are in need of assistance.
