Anthony “King Tainium” Ellis, 27, from the South Side of Lima, Ohio started off singing in church at 14 and writing rap lyrics and songs at 17 in Durant, MS. He moved back to Lima, Ohio and started making beats. By the time he turned 20 he started learning how to record mix and master on studio programs on computer to make CD’s. Since then he has become I-75’s most wanted taking control of a string of clubs from Cincinnati to Cleveland, Ohio with his underground group that he founded and manages The Nightcrew doing between 25-30 shows a year. He has also appeared on 2 DJ Green Lantern Albums. One released in April 2010 titled “DJ Green Lantern Presents The 2010 Takeover” and you can find him leading off “DJ Green Lantern Presents Dirty Invasion Vol. 1” with his hit song “You Don’t Want It”. Now he’s teamed up with the Heatrock producers of D-Block and has become the 1st artist from Ohio to go to D-Block South.
