Shortee Capone of Static originally from Chicago Il now resides in the south eastern region of Missouri. Static (Static Wutt) was established in 1999 when Capone was introduced to fellow Chicago native Confetti Slick. The two artists immediately developed a chemistry and in little to no time had their own unique sound. Being young and full of vigor, Static often lived up to the name; which in turn… carried its own consequences.
