Ronnie Martini hails from a small rural town outside of New York City, in Northern New Jersey. Growing musically from the days of his father’s musical intuition, he decided to find himself in his own musical abilities. His singing began in church and spread to other churches throughout the east coast.
It started out as a dream. Martini dreamed big of having his name on a marquee someday. “Well, the day is within my reach”, Martini says. Singer, musician and songwriter, Ronnie Martini belongs to a new class of artists who know no creative boundaries. His style of music is a mix of pop, rock, electronic and R&B. “It’s a blend of all of my favorite genres”, says, Martini. “My vision for my new album is to create music that the world could deeply identify with. I grew up around music that inspired and healed, I want to recreate the inspiration within the sound and lyrics of my own music – it’s a healing thing. When a song resonates within a person, they can virtually disappear for a few minutes and forget about all their junk”.
I get lost in a magical place when I get inspired to write. Sometimes I’ll disappear for days and just write music and lyrics. I have written for other artists, but I think I’m going to focus now on a career of my own. Although I can name a dozen artists that influenced me, I don’t want to model myself after anyone in particular – I just want to be the best at what I do”.
