Bio | O.g. da K.I.D.D born Lucas LaVante Harvey in Gainesville, GA on March 29, 1988 is an unsigned rapper/singer/songwriter. At an early age it was apparent that O.g. da K.I.D.D was destined to be a performer. At the age of five he began singing his church choir where it became quite evident the spotlight is where he belonged. Being exposed to criticism at such an early age opened the floodgates to O.g.’s creativity. His outgoing personality helped him develop relationships that would help him later in his career. With his foster mother being the choir director he began singing before he started rapping. At 9 years old he began studying the lyrics of songs he enjoyed listening to which lead to his interest in songwriting. O.g. always had an interest in rap and r&b, influenced by artists such as Michael Jackson, Faith Evans, MC Lyte, T.I., Field Mob, Biggie, Usher, Jagged Edge, Black Street, 2Pac, Jay Z, Nas, and Lil Wayne. |
