Alexis “Shafira” Cunningham was born to sing! This 10 year old prodigy has been named “The little girl with the great big voice.” Her passion and enthusiasm for music can’t be matched. Her earliest inspirations were The Beatles, Alicia Keys, Whitney Houston, Michael Jackson, Celine Dion, Toni Braxton and Beyonce. She began creating songs at four years old. Inspired by real events her music ranges from: Gospel, Pop, Rock, R&B, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Country. Her goal is to make the world a better place through her music. Alexis first graced the stage at seven years old. Since her first performance, she has taken her talents and gifts to new heights, performing for the likes of Toni Braxton; Chris Carter, host of Breakfast With The Beatles (95.5 KLOS -Live On Air); Five Minutes of Fame Winner for KJLH 102.3; Sang the National Anthem for the Los Angeles Sparks and the Los Angeles Clippers, and performs at the Grammy Nominated Artist Barbara Morrison’s Theater with Corny Mims & the Know It All’s.
