| Bio | John Stewart is a member of the Tuskegee Airmen, Atlanta Chapter. The Tuskegee Airmen served in World War II and Korea. Today, Mr. Stewart is part Mr. Stewart is past Chairman& CE0 of Global Services, Incorporated, an organization he created forthe purpose of supplying goods and services to developing countries, and he was employed by Johnson Publishing Company (Ebony Magazine). In 1963, as the second Black American hired in the southeast, he became employed by Gulf Oil Corporation as a Southeastern Marketing Representative. His duties included: market analysis, planning, price control, functional media techniques, public relations, contract administration, recruitment, and real estate proposals. Mr. Stewart retired from Gulf Oil Corporation after twenty-three years. During this period, he arranged financial assistance from Gulf Oil Corporation to the following historically Black Colleges: Lane College, Rust College, Lemoyne College, Benedict College, Bennet College, Shaw and Johnson C. Smith Universities, and Paine College. Mr. Stewart was also on the team that created the “Acquisition and Relocation” expansion procedures of the Hartsfield – John’s eductional background includes a thorough funtional concentration and understanding in areas of economics, law, global marketing, real estate and computer science.
