Humble ShowOffs is a Oakland, California based hip hop group. Formed by brothers Hood Fame (born Wallace Davis II), VS. aka Big Boy Caprice (born Wallace Davis III), and Young Mel (born Melvin Davis). The Davis brothers (three of six children) were born and raised in Oakland, Ca. and music has always been a passion. Their big brother Kendrick (CEO and Founder of IED music) was one of the driving… forces for them to pursue music. One night after a freestyle rap battle amongst family and friends the brothers decided to become a group. In 2010 the trio released a mixtape entitled True Freshman Vol.1 remixing, and respectfully making songs of other hip hop artist their own.
