Soon to be Southern Rap Royalty! Gabvile “G.A.B” Williams was born in Hazlehurst, Ga where he spent most of his early life. He has lived in several different places throughout the south due to growing up with a parent in the military. It was in 1995 when his family finally settled in Jacksonville, Fl on the city’s southside of town. His passion for hip hop and music in general goes as far back as 1990 and he would later write his first rhyme in 1997. As a youth, some of his musical influences were Outkast, Goodie Mobb, 8Ball& MJG, 2Pac, and the Notorious B.I.G. About as far back as he can remember he has always been around music, from his uncles old James Brown and Curtis Mayfield records to his moms Michael Jackson records, or riding with his pops bumping Too Short, MC Hammer, DJ Quik and a lot of other top rap stars from the 80’s. Taught to always speak his mind and stand up for what he believes in he channeled his thoughts in the form of rhyme to express how he felt about things we he was either going through himself, thinking about, or feeling.
