Canada’s DJ Shadow – is a seasoned music selector who always aims to please. Known for packing the dance floor, Shadow caters each event’s musical entertainment to the enjoyment of the venue’s clientele.
Shadow takes on the moniker of DJ Alter Ego when spinning at events and parties catering to House or Top 40 music lovers.

A DJ for more than 15 years, he’s plied his craft at most major venues cross the GTA as well as across Ontario, in Montreal, Quebec, and in Michigan and New York State.

The life-long music lover has also played at special corporate events for BMW and the Toronto International Film Festival as well as other countless Festivals, Boat Cruises and Private Parties.

For three years, Shadow was a co-host and DJ for “The Ultimate Mix Show” on 101.3 FM/1540 AM which also rebroadcast overnight on 100.7FM and online through Global Groove Networks. This mix show assisted in filling a void for urban music on commercial radio.

A multi-media savvy Torontonian known for his frequent podcasts featuring the latest music, Shadow has thousands of hours of music in his vast arsenal ranging from Top 40 and house music to hip hop and R&B, reggae and rock even Latin and Caribbean vibes ensuring he’s got something for everyone to enjoy.

As a result, this music specialist has held weekly residencies at some of Toronto’s hottest and trendiest nightclubs and lounges, notably Mink Nightclub, Distrikt Nightclub, and currently Prive:Yorkville, quickly drawing a steady stream of loyal patrons.
