Born in St. Louis MO. Boi Dre real name is DeVondre D. DuPree grew up on the Westside of St. Louis. At a early age was introduced to violence drugs and gangs, but soon chose to take a different route and fell in love with music. Very talented had a unique way with words, started battle rapping in school and grew very popular with peers. Later formed a Group of 4 and did a mixtape which made people ears open to the fact that he can not only rap he can also make good music, and won best male rapper senior year. As time went on the group broke up but all the members are still close friends.Boi Dre is currently a solo ARTIST, does showcases around the states,and much more.
