GEORGE “DJ MONEY” DAVIS, CEO of Big Boyz Music, began his musical journey at the age of 12 when he joined his school band in Osceola, Arkansas. Growing up surrounded by music influenced his decision to pursue a production career. He started by DJ-ing at area parties and events under the name DJ Money. He constantly released new music, while collecting new music. Davis definitely had a knack for utilizing all of his tools including deejaying, running a studio and also organizing many functions within his community to raise awareness about violence and its prevention. He has an Associates in business and is A+ and Microsoft certified. The moniker “DJ Money” became a household name and after 10 years of production and management in Arkansas, Davis decided to expand his talents and expertise to Georgia. He moved to Atlanta in 2005 and took his determination for success and perseverance with him. While in school, he teamed up with producer John “Firstcoast” Brown and the two produce music for various rap and R&B artists.

JOHN “FIRSTCOAST” BROWN Big Boyz President, knew that music was his calling at the age of 15. Born in Jacksonville, Florida, he attended many schools and got his start as Kaotik in the rap group UP-N-FLAMEZ. His group performed at many venues including the Ritz Theater in downtown Jacksonville and The Roxy in Orlando. He then became a self-taught beat maker, making beats for his group and other local artists around him. John’s passion derives from wanting to develop his gift.. The sounds of his influences such as Mannie Fresh, Jay-Z, DJ Paul & Juicy J, Timbaland and more, taught him he could accomplish this. With this notion, Brown believed he could learn more of what it took to get his self within reach of his goals and eventually set his sights on relocating. He always knew he’d be an x-factor in the business and in 2004, shortly after graduating from high school, Brown arrived in Atlanta. He enrolled into college and met George “DJ Money” Davis. They both realized they had obviously common interests. A couple of them were their willingness to work and invest, and ambitions to become renowned music producers. The two work very hard together to bring their audiences the southern style hip hop they know and are passionate about.
