Have you ever been in a rush and need something nutritious and fast to eat in the morning? As a strength and speed coach I have very early mornings. To make it easier on myself I make a bunch of these at the beginning of my week, keep them in the fridge, heat them up for about 90s in my microwave, add some almond butter and out the door I go with my breakfast pancake in hand. Not only is it quick but it is delicious too! Here’s a quick video of the ingredients that I use. You can use your own substitutes. 2 Whole Eggs 1 Cup Oats 1 tsp Honey 1 tsp Glutamine 1 Scoop of Rivalus Vanilla Promasil Protein Powder 1/4 Cup blueberries (optional or feel free to substitute any fruit) 1 Dash of Cinnamon Mix in bowl Cook like regular pancake Add almond butter (optional) Follow Alicia on Twitter

I know that I am the only person who is slightly addicted to instagram. It seems people post things on instagram and just wait for the likes. A lot of us post more “selfies” than anything else. How much time do you spend at the gym posing and taking “selfies?” Then you tag the picture with the line “gettin it in” followed by #gymflow when in reality you spend more time taking the pic than you do working out? Check out this video which describes it perfectly: Follow Alicia on twitter
