Bobby Womack has passed away at the age of 70. The singer has overcome cancer in the past but it is not yet known if his death was related to his past health condition. The beloved soul singer’s career touched generations of fans over a number of decades. In 2009, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inducted Womack for his accomplishments on the mic. Earlier today, Bobby’s last recording home, XL Recordings, confirmed the legendary singer’s death.
