Drake has decided to go ahead and unveil his plans for this year’s OVO Fest, which will take place on August 3rd and 4th at the Molson Ampitheatre in Toronto. The first day will be headlined by Outkast and the second one will be headlined by Drake. Tickets will go on sale February 21st.
