Justin Bieber was arrested in Miami Beach for DUI, drag racing and resisting arrest. According to TMZ, Bieber was under the influence of both drugs and alcohol, failing a field sobriety test. He is now in custody and will be booked and processed, followed by the setting of bail. The other driver he was racing was Def Jam artist Khalil.
