50 Cent stopped by Hot 97 to speak with Funkmaster Flex about a few things. He first talks about the delay of his new album, Floyd Mayweather and his upcoming fight, Kendrick Lamar’s “Control” verse, Nas, Steve Stoute, beef between Cassidy and Meek Mill. He also spoke on the downfall of New York Hip-Hop, Jay-Z speaking on his buzz, Troy Ave relationship with Lil Wayne, Tony Yayo, Lloyd Banks & Kidd Kid. 50 finished things off by speaking on his upcoming SMS boxing event in New York that will take place on Monday.

  1. I’m sorry but I have a real problem with this guy. He never accepts responsibility for his actions and is a real BS-er. Yes, you are partly responsible for the state of New York Music. Yes you started beefs with people that were unwarranted. Yes you are a bully. And, most of all you went after Ja Rule because he was already doing in the game what you wanted to do. Lastly, you are not that talented as a lyricist in my opinion! Kudos to you on your business deals but you are the prime example, in my opinion, of what TI described as Piss Poor Morally. You would not answer Kendrick because he would body you lyrically. BTW, I’m not from New York, I’m from the ATL and no matter what you weren’t going to stop the truly talented cats from the South and other regions but New York would still be as hot as other areas had you not perpetrated the tactics that you did. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it! 🙂
