  1. As an Atlanta native, I hate to admit this but I think that Dwight was in error in this entire scenario. I think he exhibited a real lack of maturity. I think that Kobe has earned the right to be thought of as the Elder statesman in LA and anyone coming there needs to respect that, take the opportunity to learn from him. His work ethic, his heart, his basketball acumen are impeccable, any player should want to be half the player that Kobe Bryant is. He puts in 110% effort every night so why shouldn’t he expect at least 80-90% from his teammates. Jordan expected his teammates to step-up. Some of these players are so disappointing to me, I’ve come to realize that I expect players today that make it to the professional level to play like AI, Kobe, Jordan but many of them just don’t have the heart to but they expect the huge compensation no mater what. Note: I’m not saying that they should have the same skill set but the heart & determination should be there after you’ve finally made it to the big dance. Also, I know that both Shaq and Kobe had their time of immaturity. Overall, I disappointed in Dwight.
