It said some songs in your Bow Wow, Xscape, and Da Brat catalog which I can believe cause I can’t think of the last time a heard those tracks on the radio even on an oldie stations or in a commerical, movie or tv show. That Usher catalog and Jump is the most valuable part of your catalog. Suntrust must be the goto bank for Atlanta musicians cause everytime I see somebody with problems with a bank in the ATL it’s always Suntrust.

    I understand cash flow problems is a lot different than being broke which most people don’t understand. I swear though Suntrust must make a call to TMZ everytime they want to embarrass somebody into paying.

  8. It’s great that you have your own site where you can come to you own defense, but I think you misinterpreted what the article actually said regarding the music. They basically stated that you used music you own as collateral to acquire the loan. Since you stopped making payments on that loan, while still owning a balance of $1.9 million (allegedly?), the music and whatever you used for collateral can be taken by bank.
