Over the last few months, Encore Beach Club, Surrender, XS and Tryst have slowly been rolling out their 2012 resident DJ roster, name by super-famous, electronic elite name. But today, the Wynn/Encore clubs dropped a bomb: a list of 34 electronic dance music DJs that have signed exclusive residencies with the clubs in 2012.
The list is packed with new faces, previous Wynn Las Vegas residents and EDM A-listers, including Calvin Harris, David Guetta, Deadmau5, Sidney Samson, Tiësto, Skrillex and two-thirds of Swedish House Mafia (sorry, no Axwell). Along with the household names, the clubs have also signed on EDM up-and-comers, like 20-year-old Swedish prodigy Alesso; AN21, Steve Angello’s younger brother; Max Vangeli and Porter Robinson.
Basically, if you like dance music, get ready to have a very busy day and nightlife: Upcoming bookings feature Tiësto at XS on March 31, followed by Max Vangeli on April 13 and Sebastian Ingrosso on April 14. DJ Spider plays Tryst on March 23, and at Surrender, Mike Posner takes over the club March 24, with resident Norman Doray spinning March 30 and fellow resident Bingo Players on March 31. Encore Beach Club starts pool season with Steve Angello on April 21 and Tiësto playing Daystar Sundays on April 22.
