Calibre

IM ADDICTED TO NEW CLOTHES,LOL I CAN ADMIT IT

Calibre’s latest collection (for the forthcoming spring/summer 2011 in the southern hemisphere) is entitled ‘Red Hot Rio’, and it reflects the global growth of the brand. The range of garments is comercially driven and is designed for an ambiance of sunshine and beach that is achieved by focusing on an explosive colour pallet (of rich navy, mid blues, black, white, pink, lilac and a few hints of red) mixed with neutral highlights.
As part of the new range of Calibre garments, check patterns are strong in shirting and internal fabrics. For external fabrics, Italian cotton is mixed with stretch and rigid styles. Polo shirts feature heavily, and ribbed stand-up collars with contrast trims provide an elegant option for dress-down moments. Trouser silhouettes are updated with new fabrics and shapes, such as the currently popular dropped crotch style, or light, tailored designs. The collection also includes an array of bright shorts of different lengths and updated takes on thesport’s jacket and the formal blazer.
