Spider-Man. This franchise has spanned television series, comic books, graphic novels, Halloween costumes and, of course, movies. Andrew Garfield, (The Social Network, The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus), will replace Tobey Maguire in the role of Peter Parker/Spider-Man and will star alongside Emma Stone, (Easy A, Superbad), as Gwen Stacy and Rhys Ifans, (Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1), as Dr. Curt Connors/The Lizard. Containing more references to Peter Parker’s parents and focusing on Spider-Man honing his abilities, it seems that “The Amazing Spider-Man” will be focusing on different subject matter than the first Spider-Man movie made in 2003.

UGH!!! ANOTHER ONE?!?… Just kidding, I actually think I’m amped to see this since it’s more based on the comic book plot and not some stupid high school themed one they had created with Colmbia. Marvel will gain more fans with this more adult and fierce film of Spider Man… It’s gonna blow outta the water
