i wouldnt mind trying this but i have my doubts if this idea is going anywhere you looking at thousand dollar lense to put on 200 dollar phone just for a couple hundred more you could have a better camera with better quality

This seems really hot at first glance but the positioning could get really awkward. I so would not want to risk dropping and breaking a lens that cost several hundreds dollar, leave the lens on the camera.
