Yeah the playbook is pretty sick.. you can tether your bum, email, and internet directly from your Torch JD… or any other blackberry that has has internet service… It also has flash media built in which is something that the ipad doesn’t have….
I will stick with my iPad..I use my sprint hotspot to connect to the 4g network. last night i was on a video conference on my macbook, and had my Ipad in my lap taking notes…Loved every minute…
Maybe I’m a little partial here, but the PlayBook is hands-down a better product. With RIM using QNX (software that runs all the routers for Facebook and Twitter) for the OS, coupled with full-Flash, Adobe AIR, two cameras, AND a dual-core processor, this is the tablet of choice for me. The initial models will be WiFi-only, but will have 3G connectivity shortly after. The other interesting thing is the size. Market research has shown that 7-inch tablets will be the way of the future, making the device truly a mobile product. h yeah, have I mentioned bringing video to BBM………?

That’s a negative…if you’re going to compete with the ipad you gotta have internet. smh

I am going to get the new IPad, but a Mac book is first. I have to step my game up.
