LIFERS ON THURS MORNING I WAS WATCHING THE VIEW AND I SAW JENNIFER LOVE HUETT (LOOKING RIGHT BY THE WAY) TALKING ABOUT HER NEW LIFETIME MOVIE,”THE CLIENT LIST” IN THE MOVIE SHE PORTRAYS A MARRIED MOTHER OF THREE WHO IS FORCED TO MAKE ENDS MEET BY BECOMING A HOOKER.”INSPIRED” BY A TRUE STORY.THE CRAZY PART OF THIS WHOLE STORY TO ME IS THAT PROSTITUTION IS STILL POPPING DURING THIS RECESSION AND SO MANY CUT BACKS.DOES THIS MEAN THAT SEX AND GETTIN YOUR ROCKS OFF IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS TO MAN IN THIS WORLD ?

Well it may not be the MOST important, but it relieves stress and we are in stressful times right now with this recession, and nothing relaxes you, eases your mind, relieves tension better than good sex. I cant speak on the whole prostitution piece of this but good sex, is good sex and it makes us all feel better, so again, it may not be the MOST important, but it feels good and who doesn’t want to feel good during rough times, or feel good period????

  15. Quinton Yang you are a bit misguided..no one will pay for an ugly one they get those for free. You need to understand how much wealthy (not rich, but wealthy) guys spend on “entertainment”. These women are making the $25k for trips overseas, and even here in the states are prostitutes. They dont make that type of money being ugly. So stop thinking about the local crack ho and look at the whole picture. Some of these “models” are “entertainment” for the right guy for the right price. Plus guys pay for it so that after it is done she leaves. Nothing else needs to be said you are here for a job, do it then bounce.

    Now JD answering your question, sex always has and always will be popping for free or pay. It has been that way since the days of Rome. Porn is a billion dollar industry (billion not million) and I dont think this recession is putting too big of a hit on that industry. Men and women still need to get off, since it takes your mind off your current troubles. It makes you relax.

    It may slow down due to recession and health epidemics but it will never go away.

    Marie Clarie did an article about 10 years ago on 3 women that strip to make ends me.

    The first, a graphic designer, stripped p/t to make up for her shopping habits pulling in $45k per year.

    The second stripped to pay for her opera singing and classical piano lesson pulling in $90k per year.

    And the third stripped to take care of her family after her first divorce and becoming widowed pulling in $250k per year….sent 3 kids to college.

    It seems that times were and are still really hard for many people and I guess desperate times call for desperate measures.

Sex will always sell ESPECIALLY in bad times…..think about it….when everything is going bad, people want to have some bright spot in their lives to cling to….for some it’s church…..for some it’s working out……for a lot of men it’s sex…..I mean what makes most men feel better????

Not saying everyone is going down to the corner and saying “how much for the blowjob” I am saying ppl are buying nice clothes, buying drinks, going out on dates, things like that cost money and ultimately the goal is to get wet. More times than none, you will not have sex, but anyway. Sex is a must. Why go get a prostitute, when you can get a bottle, go to the red box, get a friend or co worker and get it poppin?

The deal with sex is that it also has the added quality of sexual conquest that this society has so successfully ingrained in each heterosexual male (James Bond affect). Makes you feel like a man for a little while, while in reality you’re getting your ass handed to you on the regular. Shit gets really deep when you get to put it to a object/prostitute who reminds you of a person who would normally not give you the time of day. It is a form of rape but only on the spiritual level; naivety at its best. My two cents.
