85 MILLLION DOLLAR HOME

I MEAN I KNOW EVERYBODY AIN’T BROKE BUT I DO BELIEVE WE ALL ARE FEELING THE EFFECTS OF THE RECESSION. SO WHEN I SEE STUFF LIKE THIS I WONDER IF THEY REALLY BELIEVE THERE GONNA SELL THIS, 85 MILLION IS THE ASKING PRICE.

  1. I mean come on, it’s obvious the previous owners were trying to get outta there bcuz they no longer wanted the stress of maintaining such a large and costly investment….They’re obviously considering how much they invested….but everyone knows in this current market you’re gonna have to take a loss….. Anyone that actually afford that ain’t trying buy nothing right now!! Don’t get me wrong it’s a great house but 85 mil. get outta here!!!

  2. That’s a damn hotel

  3. i thought the samething..@eazylifer_ltl

  4. JD, if someone could buy an APARTMENT in London (in the One Hyde Park building) for 196.7 million U.S dollars, then this can easily be bought too.

There are some wealthy Arabs that the recession isn’t affecting.

Personally, this home is beautiful, but it doesn’t do it for me like UPDOWN COURT in Surrey, UK does.
If I had the money, I would buy that estate in a heart beat!

  5. This house ain’t shit compared to Jerry Jones’ house.

  6. my friend, last year Trump sold the largest U.S. home for $ 100 mil … why not sell it to 80?:)) there is always someone to pay the asking price …. recession is for people who always had problems … a billionaire is a billionaire

  7. J.D this house is actually under contract in Bel-Air. Its a 10 bedroom, 14 bathroom house on 2.2 acres. The price dropped to 72 million last August and is under contract to be bought. So somebody has the 72 million to buy it. NICE!!!

  8. OK, now that the cat is out of the bag….it’s mine LOL! I’m going to sublease all of the bedrooms out to you all 😉

  9. It’s beautiful!!!!! But, same house at a different location for a fraction 6f the asking price, totally official.
