right now im studying communications and working part time as a cashier….the most thing i hate about my job is when (older 50+) go to hand you money and put it in their mouth b4 handing it to you!!! WTF! I mean with the swine flu going around you would thin ppl would or could have a lil more common sense and courtesy….but they dont….that realllllllyyyyy REALLLY pisses me off! ppl be more conscious of what ur doing….thats all i ask!!! LOVE YOU JD!!!!!

My job is school and interning at the present time. But one thing that irritates me is when I bust my ass to show everyone that I am capable of doing the job just as well or better but it seems like they still don’t get the picture. And I am not the type to flip out and start talking trash so…I just fall back and let the Lord take over! And usually I surpass all of my peers! So to anyone that has ever felt this way just keep working hard and the Lord will pay you back when the world seems to not give you the feedback that you are looking 4!

My real job is event planning and I plan and host mostly corporate events in Colorado, I hate when I have clients who constantly make passes at me and buy me very expensive gifts even though they are married and I never shit where I eat so I would never date a client no matter how much money they have!

I hate when I have a problem I present to management and in return I don’t get any resolutions.

Just the repetition. I’m a doorperson. Same old attitudes and people. I try to shake it up a bit but a lot of people really don’t like change.

I worked at a hospital and had to quit…Some the nurses would go in the cafeteria and talk mad shit about everybody they came in contact with..it’s the patients fault that they are stuck in the hospital with their sickness..I mean every doctor, nurse, volunteer, whoever signed an aoth. The fact that even though they did and they kept talking and making fun of them just made me sick.

I don’t like it when people who have never been in a higher position, gets the position and don’t know how to act. I don’t know why they think that they are suppose to mistreat people just because they have power. I work at a high school and they hired a new principal ( an African American women). Now I have worked at that school for 12 years and have never experienced anything like this until she came. She was so power hungry. She was mean and she disrespected the kids as well as the staff. The majority of the staff was afraid of her. She did not like me because I am a strong black woman and she could not stand it. She never bothered me though. She has been at the school for 4 years making a mess of things. This summer she has been all over the news here in Va because she is caught up in a SOL scandal at the school that she was in charge of. All I have to say is God Don’t Like Ugly

When artists come to the studio LATE and think I’m supposed to rush to get they music recorded and mixed the same day so they can show it off to people. Like I work magic. Or when they say it don’t sound like the other one you mixed. DUUHHH I spent time on that track you wanted this one in 3 hours what did you expect? Sorry I was venting lol in the studio right now waiting on an artist got get in the booth!

Its a few things lol I’m a respiratory therapist n I start early in the morning I also am a supervisor I hate in the morning when I’m giving therapists their assignments and they bitch and complain about what they get before I have my coffee…I hate the fact that when I have to talk to grown azz ppl about their behavior at work tactfully and they act as If they don’t understand until u have to be mean to them.. I hate the fAct that some of my coworkers r nosy,esp the women and want to know all ur buisness and as soon as u tell them ne they tell everyone.. that’s why I don’t tell them mine!!! Lol

I work in the u.s.goverment and I love it I have been working there for years. But when people act like they don’t know what is going on, or act very stupid when we have meetings about certain things. But guess what I got a promotion about a month or two ago and I’m in a higher position than all of them so if they F*** up then I’m coming after them LOL

I hate gossip, I tell people when they come to me to talk about someone else DO YOU ALREADY!!! The time people spend focusing on others they should be using that time to develop themselves. JD the funny thing about it all is that people who spend time gossiping are no better a person, than the same person they are gossiping about. I also HATTTTEEEE office politics but that’s a whole new topic by itself. My suggestion: raise it and see what happens.

Besides the aforementioned my job is cool.

ima union machine operator that run 3 machines. the only time i get pissed at my job is theres a mechanical issue i cant fix and have to call for a mechanic. 4 damn mechanics and it takes 1 of them 30 fucn mins to get to my machines, and i get blamed for the downtime. plus my manager is a damn retarded. he thinks he knows everything about the machines in the plant but every time he puts his hands on the machines it breaks, and us employees takes the blame.
smdh and management most times. they never get it right.

I’m currently unemployed but the thing I hated most about my last “real” job was the lack of real training and the lack of allowing you to become proficient before getting fired for a lack of production. The so called management team would throw newbies to the wolfs setting them up for failure on day one. I’m glad I was “let go”. LOL

u know whats funny ive been at my job for almost three years. my manager been there for maybe a year and he truly doesnt know shit lol. i could of took that spot my first year there but at my job management isnt union and i like being on top of the union tree if u know what i mean. plus when april hit ill be makin more money and still get overtime, management doesnt get paid o.t so im extremely happy i didnt make the move

I am an Advertising Sales rep and I hate that my company manages by fear. The threat of losing your job in this bad economy is their preceived leverage over us. I can’t wait until I complete my Ph.d in Public Relations so I can open my own firm and teach the next generation.

I have an employee who is always trying to undermine me in front of my other employees because she cannot stand having a younger boss. And unfortunately she know how to play the games with HR.

I am a nurse and I can’t stand when doctors roll in there with an attitude like they’re “god” or something.

Gossip. It grates my nerves! I don’t give a damn about who did what to who, as long as they’re not doing it to me. I just sit there and go “mmm”, “mmm”, “wow”, “that’s crazy”. You’d think the people gossiping would get a clue but they just take it as you being a good listener, lol.

Also, I’m grateful to have a job but I don’t like having a boss or supervisor. I’ve never been the type to work for anyone. My father always taught us to work for ourselves or own our own businesses.

1. When mufuckaz that never been there spazz out about how big the place is.

2. People try to tell ME MY JOB, when the can barely figure out their own fucking flight and where to go. That irks tha SHIT outta me!

3. If I do transport someone in a wheelchair, and they are going to luggage claim, their always in a fcuking rush to get done there and complaining and shit.

4. Transporting passengers that have more than an hour to get to a gate, they spazz thinking they’re gonna miss their flight, and the gate is fuckin 3 steps over!…

It would be easier to understand if niggaz were actually there to see what I mean.

I’m my last job I got blamed by one of my mangers for something I didn’t do. She said I was stealing drinks never the mind that I had full access to the cash register and safe but I’m going to opt all that up and steal some damn $1 drinks. Well karma is a BITCH; she was reassigned to another store and is no longer able to be a manger.

I’m a retail banker…why oh why do people who overdraft 15 items come rushing into the bank at 5 minutes to closing with a non local check! That we will not cash but instead place on hold for 7 days. I had this women flip out and blame me for her (Overdraft items).

She knews she didnt have any money but keep on spending she was -$59 short at that point. What got me was her first transaction of the day was a BALANCE INQUIRY!!!!!! She did all 15 debit in one day like (WHAT GIVES)!!! This women started yelling repeatly (don’t shake your head at me). Then proceeded call my manager and upper management. (While she was dialing we cut the light out on her) LOL

I’ve been on the job only 1 and half due to recession was very luck to get this job. However, I’m in my early 30’s and everyone is 20-25. My boss is 25 and egomaniac constantly brag about being promoted manager and how much he makes!!!

We have two young girls who gossip and talk about customers and coworker. I’m waiting any day now for one of the girl to get slap by this hairdresser next door.

I work in a FedEx warehouse on the grave yard shift so whatever the weather is its x10. When it’s winter time and it’s really cold the managers don’t want to give us any heat to stay warm. So we’re stuck freezing our asses off while working. Another thing I don’t like is when people always want to play BOSS and run off at the mouth like they run things, so when people tell them to STFU (shut the fuck up) they wanna get mad. SMH..

I hate working on this job where people attempt to treat you the way they do b/c they’re racist, and think you’re just supposed to accept it b/c the job market isn’t favorable, and if I thought about leaving, it would be the same sh*t different toilet.

I hate working this job that utilizes my science degree, but doesn’t fulfill my purpose …. music. I keep my life (music) separate from my job. But when the local news and paper found out that I was going to have one of my songs featured on a grammy nominated artist/actress’s album my cover was blown. It’s been 2 months since the album was released, I’m still working there, and my co-workers continually want to make light of the fact that I have a song on a well known artist’s album, but I’m still workin my 9-5. Life is full of haterz, but as much as I hate that job, it’s teaching me how I need to stop working a job, and start working my purpose.

Annoying thing is when a person tells you to complete a project your own way, then come back and change the project the way that wanted it completed. Either let me do me or tell me exactly how you want the project completed.

If it takes you giving your assistants a long list of tasks to complete to get the job done….so be it! If you keep calling with more for them to do…that’s ok! You pay them to HELP you. You don’t need attitudes, or disrespect. One thing that works for me is to look at the tasks that I give to my secretary, and then tell her the priority rank for completion. You may also want your assistants to review the list with you daily, or every other day, and see where they are with completing each task. Give them a date & time for each task that they are dragging on.
