  1. Unless i’m a drug lord or a very very very secretive government agent……..hell nah!…but iono…when ppl have billions and shit, they buy shit just cause they can. Or I would buy it and make money off of it and rent it out to other rich folks… i’d do some shit. I have a wide imagination….prolly put some horses and shit for some entertainment….. sorry for rambling on…. peace..

  2. If I had 100m to spend, I’d definitely use it on that property. Everything else should be in place if I’ve made 100 million. I’d hold on to that place for the rest of my life and pass it down through the generations; it’s beautiful.

  3. Yep!!! Shure would!!! I see a lot of things I could do with the property alone!!!

  4. 300 Acres…..good gawd…that’s a fuckin castle…that’s some shit my mind can’t even fathom….so no… I can’t even wrap my head around that right now! lol

  5. nah, i wouldn’t do that even if i had it. unless…. nah. lol.

  6. nope… I got better ways 2 spend 100 million LOL

  7. nope

  8. Hell no!!! You could buy tons of houses around the world with that money.

  9. hells no I can move like my whole family into that shit for a 100 million dollars n i dnt lik them too tuff lol

  10. No to much land and trees I can’t have that I would be scared someone might come running on my property might have to bust a cap in yo ass you do that. And I agree with Bahamas242 Unless I was undercover top secret than maybe but then again you can fix it up but all them trees I cant deal with but it’s beautiful! And you know what where is this??? Cause houses in dubai and shit their houses are crazy I went inside one and it was like paradise so if I had 100 million I would buy a home in Dubai!!!! or somewhere in the UAE near the water

  11. That would depend on the amenities & who is sharing that space with me. If the price is 10 million and i’m pondering making the purchase, 10 million is a fraction of what’s in my wallet. Looks totally serene, like a scene in a movie.

  12. I wouldn’t simply because I love to truly ENTERTAIN…this how is seems more for “show” rather than having the family over or whatever. Even if i had Oprah’s money I would rather buy like the Old Mike Tyson estate…I think 50 bought it for a $4.1mil, and it has a gym, theater, bowling alley…etc..all the things that it would take to enjoy the family and friends…for a mere fraction of the price. I know that u are really paying for the land…but I don’t need THAT much land…40acres..i’m cool…lol

  13. My mistake, 100m is the asking price. Yet, my answer remains the same.

  14. Hell yea! You basically have your own country! You can move your whole family in. I would host all the events at my house, nobody could compete with that!

  15. I would buy it, flip the land….build subdivisions and a shopping ctr for the neighborhoods. Now imagine how much return i would get on that…….JD let’s do it since I came up with the idea 🙂 lmao

  16. It’s gorgeous and it looks so peaceful. Depending on where it is, yes I’d buy it.

  17. A part of me wants to say no because thats just too much damn house. Im not plannin on having 45 kids so what the do i need 45 rooms for? Another part of me wants say yes because it’s sobeautiful. The land, the house, everything. What state is this in?

  18. Nope!! I am assuming I am rich and I got 100M 10 times over if I am even considering this property but even then I cant see spending 100M on a mansion when I am not going to really use 45rooms. At some point the fame and the richness is just for show!!

  19. Hell Yes! I would buy that!

  20. I’M A CITY GIRL SO TOO MANY TREES BEHIND MY HOUSE WOULD TOTALLY FREAK ME OUT. LOL I DON’T EVEN THINK I’D BE ABLE TO FALL ASLEEP IN THAT HOUSE UNLESS EVERY ROOM WAS OCCUPIED.

  21. Not me..if i had the money i would want one maybe half the size..that house is tooooooo big i’d be scared at night…unless all my extended family lived in it with me..i love the land around it tho..i would just need something nice where my ppl can stay after family gatherings and we can have a serious bbq..parties..swim…fish in the lake etc

  22. Yeah !!!

You even could do a golf “court” really Ocean shit !!!

  23. i dunno if i could afford 100 million on a house i wouldnt but an old house i like the modern style and if i did have that much money id be given sharing som around with the under privelagd

  24. Yoooo….this look like the house from resident evil no lie

  25. yep just for the land !!! Land is money all ways was and all ways going to be. as for the house i’ll turn it into a Chateau Elan type of place and make it pay for itself!!

  26. That’s out.

  27. JayDeezy, Thats the Mason Verger joint. Mo prolly? know what im talking about, if not tell ’em ta ask Hannibal. But the only way I would own all of that is if I can buy it at that price 6x’s over. Meaning for my “small aged family members” if I had $600M on tha side and I wanted to spend some of it. Just the way I do things homie. Put moms on the right side, me and the wife n son in the middle. An we’ll keep a couple open for Oceans and Lifers: some rates may apply, not all applications will be accepted due to timing, capacity, and or but not limited to season. BIEM!!!

  28. Hell yeah

  29. yes..me and Johnta would live there together lol

  30. I most definitely would and not for a penny less; there is a joy in paying for things.

  31. and I would tear down those sculptures and replace them with African Kings and Queens

  32. hell yeah

  33. Being black, I think i’d have to pass. Its just something about living in large open spaces with woods and ish around it that turn me off of that!

  34. Aaron Spelling’s joint was more than double the size for only 150M. They’re asking for $4000/sq ft. Who needs 300 acres really? You could build for cheaper if you have that much bread. I’m curious as to what it appraised for.

  35. Hell naw I aint spendin 100m on nothin like that gimmie a company or somethin

  36. Nawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. 50M should always be the cap………. CUSTOM BUILT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ive always said if its over 15M and you cant look at the Ocean; Ur Limiting your surroundings…………..

Classy home for sure………… Perfect home for the retired socialite………… That price tag isnt it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    -Charm

  37. all that said yes to this is living in LALA LAND!!!

  38. It look too far out in the woods for me…it beautiful!! I don’t like the hallway it looks kind of cold lack warmth.

I would make that area a resort with alot of recreational activities. You know making nature trails and hiking etc etc. I would get upscale restaurant, hotel and shopping nearby.

I would consider a place near water for 100million!! See if you can find one JD and post a pic!! LOL

  39. Check out the Biltmore Estate….i would do something like that!!! http://www.biltmoreestate.com

  40. JD,
Yes I would purchase this property and turn it into a non profit orginization for inner city children.
Many of my volunteer instructors will be older kids who had to grow up in group homes.
They would live and work at the estate.
I would provide all kinds of learning environments, from flight simulators to state of the art computer labs, music labs, dance studios, horses, media arts, etc..
Give and show our future (kids) all of the many things that they can achieve in this life, what it looks like, and how it works.
Too many kids today, believe that the future is going to be short and lame, just like childhood. They are watching some of us mess-up big time and the rest are no better because they allow the others to mess-up and go unpunished.
But, money talks, and b.s walks, and i’m still trying to win the mega million in order to make this happen. Thanks for the inspirational pic of this wonderful property.

    Peace of Mind,
    PrettyBrownEyes

  41. WITH ALL THAT LAND I MIGHT BUT FLIPPING IT WOULD BE A BITCH…….AFTER YOU BUY IT WHAT THE HELL COULD YOU DO TO MAKE IT BETTER AND MORE EXSPENSIVE LET ALONE GET SOMEONE ELSE TO BUT THAT SHIT!? BUT ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!

  42. Yeah. If i had 100 million i would buy it. But then again the expenses would be huge. I wonder how much it costs to get the grass trimmed? lol

But ya if i had enough money so that the cost of the property and the expenses didn’t mean much to me of course i would buy it, without a doubt.

I don’t wanna think about it too much, that shit depresses me.

  43. MAN THAT’S RIDICULOUS JUST IMAGINE HOW MONEY U WOULD HAVE TO PAY BACK DURING TAX TIME UGH IN WORDS OF WHITNEY HOUSTON I’D SAY “HELL TO DA NAW!!!!!”

  44. I still stand on my comment. If Im flexin like that I already got a few Properties on the water I lease out when im not there. BUt when I get tired of all tha Barbies an Kens I can come to my own Piece and relish Quiet. No sirens, no gunshots, less they comin form me and mines. No Opportunistic ppl randomly knocking on my door or ringin my buzzer.

THanks JayDeezy for the chance to Dream BIG. Im on my second phase of my Vacay. Wouldn’t it be nice.

  45. Folk buyin stuff right now they dont need nor can afford. With money that aint theirs. SO again if I was sittin on 600mil and wanted to spend it………ppl do that everyday too.

  46. No, I think that house is way to big. I love the surroundings , like the trees and woods, that’s like the area I live in now. No street lights just a dark neighborhood with just lights from everyones porch lights. But houses that big does not have the warmth of home.

  47. yuuuupp id live in this….too hot not to
    follow me twitter.com/lifer1472

  48. just thinking i’d have to have more than the 100 million..the upkeep on this house and property has got to be expensive every month

  49. Nope, just because I have it does not mean i have to spend it. If my hands were tied and I had to, sure, I would take it. Take that peace of land, and chop it up into 1.25 acres and build small houses. I would turn that house into a mall / convince store. That way I would create a neighborhood / town all on this piece of land….

  50. it ain’t trickin’ if you got it

  51. I would not buy that shit is a waste of money i have ever see, 100mil can do more than buying bushes and a normal house wat the hell

  52. No. I would not buy this property. The 300 acres sounds wonderful. However, at this price, I would have a home built from ground up. I just would not want to have to spend this amount of money on the taste of someone else. I would purchase a 300 acre property and hire Home Design / Property Developing Architects and Landscaping Engineers to design and make sure my home/landscape meets my specifications and show off my taste.

  53. Yeah if I was sitting on old money and had new money coming in… Yeah I would love to buy that

  54. too big. not enough shit around. if i did. i would move family in there, but most likely they wouldnt move except a few, so it would just be a big dumb waste of money. id rather invest that shit, or just sit on the money it would take to get that. but im stupid, because i would pay dumb money for a random condo somewhere, when i could probably live a half mile down the street for an 1/8th of the cost. im not in my own apartment much, so buying houses and shit is not in my category.

  55. 45 rooms what the, y in the world would any one need 45 rooms? i live in a 7 bdrm home and im scared cause i never know who can come in and hide in my home i walk around and check behind every door. with 45 rooms i can have a weirdo living in my home for yrs and i will not know. i am too paranoid to have that much space i watch to much horror movies. but it is a nice house

  56. That’s doing waaaaaaaaaaaay too much. You could have five families living in that bitch and nobody would know… What do you need with 45 rooms? That’s too exorbitant for me.

  57. ….as Tyrone will say it >>>> THAT AINT IT<<<<…….to much open land..plus family members gonna be wanting to hold every family gathering at your house…..

  58. I was thinking the same thing as KJKABOOM…I’t looks like Resident Evil the first one..with a touch of RE4…

  59. very pretty but i wouldn’t buy it..

  60. It looks nice but It looks like a lottt of up keep so no I wouldn’t buy it.

  61. It’s a beautiful estate. It’s too much for one person to live in. But, if my family lived there and pulled their weight, I would make the investment. Cause I’m sure the property taxes are intense. 🙂

  62. Hell fuck yeah! Go ahead and get that JD shit Money Aint a thang LOL.

R.I.P SHAKIR STEWART AKA SHAKE a year has gone and your family still miss you.

  63. no way. i stay in a $12m home now which is 10,000sq feet in London, UK. i can’t justify staying in a place that is 1.5x the area and 8x the price! i would never recover that money.

  64. do you anyone really need all that? there are Thousands of people out there struggling to afford some food and yet at the same time some people ‘waste’ so much money on these lesser desires…

  65. I would not buy it, looking at it, the taxes on that annually along with maintenance will be the killer, there is not way you can get a return on your investment. If you look at the overheard just to properly maintain the property your are dishing out at least 1-5% of the purchase price annually on top of the property taxes you would have paid for that house twice over in 10-15 years. And if you are going to mortgage it…even at prime you are getting taken for a ride because of the asking price.

  66. out of control

  67. WITHOUT A SHADOW OF DOUBT. YES!!!

  68. MAN DAMN RIGHT IF I HAD IT I WOULD COP THIS PROPERTY IS ONE THE MOST ESSENTIAL PARTS OF HAVING WEALTH WAS SAYS IT BETTER THAN 300 ACRES I COULD MOVE MY WHOLE FAMILY ON THAT LAND AND NEVER LEAVE

  69. I would buy it. If I had 100mil to spend on a home, I assume I’m savvy in business in the first place or I can afford to hire a team of savy financiers, so money is not an issue. Taxes wouldn’t be a problem because when you’re at that level, there are vehicles to move money around to cover those costs. The home is nice, relative to the price of the home, interior upgrades is a minimal cost. Classic on the outside and in structure but modern in technology and amenities. The land is a super plus along with the remoteness. Depending on your interest, it’s a perfect getaway, retreat place, or in my case proving ground for top level clearance privatized projects. Get your Bruce Wayne on with no snoopies, lol

  70. Honesty…. even if a had it, I wouldn’t fuck with it… I’m scary and that’s way too much house and land for me.

  71. I would buy it

  72. I honestly dont see any reason y i wont buy this mansion if i had the money….this are very important investment that people can make and be confident about the fact that recession wont have a very great effect on them……

  73. Only if I was a multi billionaire, coz if I was stinking rich I’d just buy one of the ‘regular’ millionaire homes, coz I can think of a lot more better causes to use 100 million on. If I was a multi-billionaire though, 100 mill might not be that much.

Look how much privacy that home has though, you could just fuck all day in the open grass.

  74. NOPE!.
ITS GAY LIKE OLD LOOKING & SHIZZLE.

  75. NOOOOOOOOOOOO! Thats 2 much house! lol

  76. Thats too much house for anyone….

  77. If I had the money, I wouldn’t buy it.

I prefer beachfront homes, maybe one in Malibu or South Beach.

Take the rest of the money for boats, cars, fashion, investments and donations!

  78. definitely for the land, because god is making anymore
