No. I would not buy this property. The 300 acres sounds wonderful. However, at this price, I would have a home built from ground up. I just would not want to have to spend this amount of money on the taste of someone else. I would purchase a 300 acre property and hire Home Design / Property Developing Architects and Landscaping Engineers to design and make sure my home/landscape meets my specifications and show off my taste.

too big. not enough shit around. if i did. i would move family in there, but most likely they wouldnt move except a few, so it would just be a big dumb waste of money. id rather invest that shit, or just sit on the money it would take to get that. but im stupid, because i would pay dumb money for a random condo somewhere, when i could probably live a half mile down the street for an 1/8th of the cost. im not in my own apartment much, so buying houses and shit is not in my category.

45 rooms what the, y in the world would any one need 45 rooms? i live in a 7 bdrm home and im scared cause i never know who can come in and hide in my home i walk around and check behind every door. with 45 rooms i can have a weirdo living in my home for yrs and i will not know. i am too paranoid to have that much space i watch to much horror movies. but it is a nice house

That’s doing waaaaaaaaaaaay too much. You could have five families living in that bitch and nobody would know… What do you need with 45 rooms? That’s too exorbitant for me.

It’s a beautiful estate. It’s too much for one person to live in. But, if my family lived there and pulled their weight, I would make the investment. Cause I’m sure the property taxes are intense. :)

no way. i stay in a $12m home now which is 10,000sq feet in London, UK. i can’t justify staying in a place that is 1.5x the area and 8x the price! i would never recover that money.

do you anyone really need all that? there are Thousands of people out there struggling to afford some food and yet at the same time some people ‘waste’ so much money on these lesser desires…

I would not buy it, looking at it, the taxes on that annually along with maintenance will be the killer, there is not way you can get a return on your investment. If you look at the overheard just to properly maintain the property your are dishing out at least 1-5% of the purchase price annually on top of the property taxes you would have paid for that house twice over in 10-15 years. And if you are going to mortgage it…even at prime you are getting taken for a ride because of the asking price.

MAN DAMN RIGHT IF I HAD IT I WOULD COP THIS PROPERTY IS ONE THE MOST ESSENTIAL PARTS OF HAVING WEALTH WAS SAYS IT BETTER THAN 300 ACRES I COULD MOVE MY WHOLE FAMILY ON THAT LAND AND NEVER LEAVE

I would buy it. If I had 100mil to spend on a home, I assume I’m savvy in business in the first place or I can afford to hire a team of savy financiers, so money is not an issue. Taxes wouldn’t be a problem because when you’re at that level, there are vehicles to move money around to cover those costs. The home is nice, relative to the price of the home, interior upgrades is a minimal cost. Classic on the outside and in structure but modern in technology and amenities. The land is a super plus along with the remoteness. Depending on your interest, it’s a perfect getaway, retreat place, or in my case proving ground for top level clearance privatized projects. Get your Bruce Wayne on with no snoopies, lol

Only if I was a multi billionaire, coz if I was stinking rich I’d just buy one of the ‘regular’ millionaire homes, coz I can think of a lot more better causes to use 100 million on. If I was a multi-billionaire though, 100 mill might not be that much.

Look how much privacy that home has though, you could just fuck all day in the open grass.

If I had the money, I wouldn’t buy it.

I prefer beachfront homes, maybe one in Malibu or South Beach.

Take the rest of the money for boats, cars, fashion, investments and donations!
