Grady sophomore already plugging into the tech world

Name: Christopher Jones, 17

School: Sophomore, Grady High School

Accomplishment: He began developing iPhone applications for Apple when he was 16, and now, he has had three apps accepted by Apple and put in the iTunes store.  He is very persistent about learning programming language and is currently working on a new social network idea. Everything he has learned about programming has been self-taught either by reading or internet learning.  He’s developed apps such as Brainzapp, iKnowTech and iZounds.

His other passion is lighting and sound, and he is a DJ who produces quite shows with programmed lighting design.  His thinking is very creative, original, and always looking for a new path.
