MONO’S 365 DJ PACK

NEED YOU GUYS TO SEND ME 1 OF THESE

Mono’s 365 DJ Pack, For Mobile Beats

mono1
On the road, DJs shouldn’t be bothered to tote their computer and mixing gear in separate bags, nor should they be throwing their equipment into some ill-fitting duffel. Mono rolls everything into one with the 365 DJ Pack, designed for soundmakers who are always bouncing between gigs, often by plane. Inside, a divider separates computer from mixer, and there are side pockets for all your wires and adapters. Military-grade construction protects gear from the elements, and a solid rubber sole at the bottom is made of the same material used in Navy rafts. And with a stealthy design, no one will ever know there’s a DJ in their midst. The 365 DJ Pack is selling for a reduced price of $190. [via Mono]

  6. Yo I need this bag!!! What’s up hit me!

  7. I guess I am old school. You can’t fit 2 Tech 1200’s, mixer and records in there!! I want to see a nigga sweating carrying records into the club to DJ!! What happened to those days…This stuff is making it way too easy!!! Somebody need to make a all vinyl club here in Atlanta, they would get my business!! I thought this was called Hip Hop….. I got to restudy the craft!! I wonder did Kid Capri switch over to CDJ’s yet? Can anyone find out?

  8. Spock,

You have to change with the times Bro. Does it make it easier for a seasoned DJ ……Yes! Easier to get music and those hard to find samples. Does it make it easier to rock a party……Hell NO!! To answer your question Kid capri was one of the first DJ’s to use serato. Along with Nab’s, Jazzy Jeff, JD, Skribble, DJ AM, Emperor Searcy and others. If the technology is out there you have to use it. Besides, carrying 20 crates when you can get the same selection in one laptop is kinda stupid.

Also, BEAT Lab off of Ponce de Leon has a good selection of vinyl if that is your thing.

  9. Are u doing ur big wknd in ATL this year???!!!

  10. @SPOCK

I AGREE WITH YOU 100% MY NIGGA!!

the bag is dope dont get me wrong. But being a dj to me is and always be some one who has a bag full of records ready to lay it down.

i get the concept of this new style of djing and more then likely if i get back into mixing im gonna have to convert over since most of the clubs now adays are all cdj’s or a serato set up. but shit there aint nothing like blowin the dust of your wax and throwin it down.

Man you already know. Jokers use to practice for hours making sure that needle didn’t skip….. SKILLS!!!!!

    REMEMBER THE TIME!!!!

Good points but.. As Just Blaze Said, your keeping it real “Dinosauristic” right now. Upcoming and current DJ don’t want to have to carry crates and crates of vinyl to clubs and events day and night just to uphold the backbone of a key element in Hip-Hop. Some Dj’s these days just do it as a income source and don’t care about keeping it classic like the legends who carried crates, blew off dust, put the needle on and rocked the party.

I appreciate DJ’s who still use Wax today, but sorry to say, its a new day and age.. Getting music onto your playlist for that new party/club is faster, you don’t have to shop for vinyl that may be out of stock or wait for orders. No worries about vinyl damage or stolen property. Just hook up your laptop, CDJ’s, Serato, or whatever and get to it.

I feel you, Although im only a Music Producer/Songwriter I Wish i could DJ on vinyl like the legends can, Ive tried to do it and it took hours at my friends house when he had his setup, but i never could afford Turntables like that.. But still, Every Upcoming DJ should have to work with Vinyl so they’ll understand what they take for granted.

  14. @xcellence the jedi

i feel you on the up and coming DJ’s.. They should start off with the real vinyls and to get that ear of listening in there headphones to try to do there mixing, and counting bars to beat match or blending. when i 1st started off djing i used vinyl, then it started to get hard to find the newest music on vinyl, that’s when i went over to serato, don’t get me wrong i love using serato (the vinyl version) i take it every where with me, even when I’m not djing. serato still has that real vinyl feel just with a laptop and no back aches.

  15. I don’t DJ – yet – but I definitely could make good use of one or two of these. Finding the right bag for a producer or engineer is two cries short of impossible these days…
