YESTERDAY ON TWITTER I TOLD YALL I WAS WATCHING THE VIEW AND BARBER WALTERS AND WHOOPIE WENT IN ON THERE GUEST GLENN BECK, TALK SHOW HOST ON FOX. THIS IS WHAT I WAS SAYING A WEEK AGO ABOUT HAVING THESE BLOGGERS THAT TALK SHIT ABOUT US COME ON LIVING THE LIFE.

    These people form there celebrity by talking about other celebrities or people of interest and its only based on 50% fact and 50% personal opinion and thats why you cant listen to the bloggers.
    JD if you bring them on your show then you are giving them the attention they are seeking and boosting there celebrity up for them.
    If you do bring them on Living the life you will not get there honest reaction but yet a more tainted faceless banter to why they say the things that they do.
    At this point in your career you really owe no explanation nor do you need to defend your actions or comments towards someone is not really trying to expose you but yet really exposing themselves.
    Everyone is entitled to their own views which they practice everyday threw their own blogging agenda and you cant stop people from talking but you can keep being Jermaine Dupri and keep giving the people great music,great videos,great artist and great commentary like you do everyday here on your own blog spot.

  7. the funny part about this whole thing is that glen beck used to be a liberal commentator on cnn headline news a year ago (as he alluded to) when his show had low ratings against chris matthews and the msnbc crew. now he switched sides to fox and being conservative and now he’s hot shit.

    @Nikesha he was NEVER a liberal commentator. Glenn Beck has ALWAYS been EXTRA conservative. Yes he was on CNN but he was not liberal. He got a better contract on Fox and more love so he went there.

  12. Not surprised at all because look what happened: He made arrangements to come on the View and then went on his show and lied about what happened when he saw Barbara and Whoopie on the train. And then what happened? They got in his ass on the View and folks were talking about it (just like we are now) And what happens as a result? He gets more attention because of it. It’s more exposure for him. It’s probably what he wanted. I still say don’t give these bloggers your energy because people will believe what they want to believe regardless of what you say or do. Keep addressing your fan base directly.

  14. That was great! The look on his face was priceless. Even though you may want to confront bloggers on the things they put out, it’s best to just leave it alone. Fox News commentators and reporters get called out all the time for the way they lie and bend the truth, but they still have the highest ratings of any of the cable news stations. And the more obnoxious they are, the higher the ratings go. People like drama whether it’s fact or fiction.

People kill me always tryna tell lies on people just to get a lil bit of fame so pathetic. But you can tell he’s was intimidated by Whoopi cuz he kept stuttering and tryna cut her off. Seeing this interview just gets me and my fellow lifers ready for pt2. “Necole Bitchie on LTL”…I can only imagine what that would be like..

    The sad thing is, your bloggers are not as popular as he is, nor will they have the confidence to come and sit next to you and have a conversation with you to defend their stand on what they said. The bloggers are just looking for attention, and once they get it, they are set. I mean, they have nothing exciting about their lives, so they just look for someone else to pick on to make them feel better about themselves.

    Don’t worry about the haters. They wish they were accomplished as you were. Do not waste your time on them. Do what you do. Your fans outnumber your haters. Just brush them off like dirt on your shoulder. You have more important things to deal with than some low self esteem people who have issues with privileged people.

  23. I love the View because it is the only day time television show that focuses on the real BS that goes on. I read these blog sites because it is so funny to see what bit of frivolous information these online tabloids will use to make celebrities seem more important than they are. I admire Whoopie because she confronted Glenn in an educational and dipolmatic way. It’s refreshing to see women who are on television doing something besides gyrating in lingerie or swimsuits or fighting on reality tv shows over men who are 2 checks away from being “regular people”.

There are so many of them, and trust they will always talk shit, comment on things without varifying the facts etc. I say don’t bring them on Living the Life. As easy as it is for us to tell you to ignore the haters blah blah blah, i understand that at the end of the day you guys are human just like everyone else and when people say untrue/hurtful stuff it’s bound to affect you.

    I still say leave them, mainly because they will always be there. They probably love you and just lookin for attention. Notice how when people tak shit to celebs on Twitter, when the celeb replies they on some “no i didn’t mean it” or “i respect you”, it’s kinda like that. Leave all dem bitches to do their sad blogging.

  27. And another thing, I don’t even know if you read these comments on here JD. But remember how you did the LTL episode “the response to NecoleBitchie”? I only became aware of her site after that, as I am sure is the same with many other people who now visit her site. If you look at the number of followers she has, i think it’s like 17,000, i can assure you that’s from people knowing her through you guys and not her site. Look at Angel from Concreteloop for example. I think it’s safe to say her site is more popular than Necole’s, but she has like half as many followers. To me that just shows the power you guys have. Just don’t give the bloggers that hate the poplularity they look for. I’m not sayin Necole herself was lookin for popularity, but my point is i only started following her after the LTL episode, quite glad i did actually because she’s entertaining.
    Anyways what i’m tryna say is just leave them be.lol
