Missed this memo so 4give me..when filling out paperwork, y does it ask if U r Hispanic or Latino then the next question asks: “is ur race White,Black or African American,Asian, Native Hawaiin or Pacific Islander, American Indian or Alaska Native, Other. Umm…Y cant Hispanic or Latino b in that list? Y is it seperated? Is that not a race?? View
