In a few months, Tecmo Bowl Throwback ($TBA) will let you relive your gridiron glory days of the late 80′s. Available as a download this spring on Xbox Live Arcade and the PlayStation Network, the old school omnipotent features online multiplayer (find your old nemesis on Facebook and finally beat his ass), customizable teams and rosters, and the ability to switch between 2D (8 bit-style) or 3D (shown above) views. The only downside is they don’t have an NFL license, so you’ll have to put in player names yourself. The upside is you can now have Bo Jackson versus Chris Johnson, Montana versus Brees, and one hell of a drunken, tackle-breaking weekend when your better half goes to that Zumba conference in June.
