Tharell is a distinctive, vigorous and multi-talented person, currently in pursuit of Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration/Accounting, with a minor in Spanish. Tharell has a solid educational background coupled with life experience working with numbers, as well as, reading, writing and interpreting Spanish. He has the ability to stabilize situations when there is conflict, he’s a certified White Belt in Lean Six Sigma and he is able to communicate effectively and efficiently in various ways. 
Tharell developed a foundered style of leadership and professionalism being First Sergeant in the JROTC program in high school. He led four battalions. He was a member of the Medical Explorer Program, the Upward Bound Program, and God’s Anointed Now Generation, a gospel choir. Currently, Tharell serves as the President of the American Marketing Association of his collegiate chapter.
Tharell is a veteran artist, song-writer, arranger, and manager. His experience in the Music Industry has allowed him to aide others through consultation in new entertainment ventures, as well as, new business start-ups. Being one-half of the Duo-Pop group 20Mile, Tharell’s journey continues. With a dynamic catalog of written songs, the Duo’s diversity has covered many genres of music from Pop to R&B to Neo-Soul and much more. Tharell has a strong mentality with great leadership abilities. His extraordinary work experience can offer you a steadfast and dedicated employee who will be a vital asset to your organization.
