When I say break negative stereo types…I mean like it is cool to get high but you know in order to get a good job in the private sector your going to get drug tested. This is detrimental to the plite and growth of the black youth….I don’t mean stereo types that are general like all black folks like chicken….But that can be bad to if it is fried and it causes health problems….

Well done….Spotlyte….I think it comes down to stereotype that need to be broken….I see many comedians use these stereotypes like that is really us but most blacks don’t subject themselves to ignorance…I do think there is still a lot of oppression as far as opportunity in the private sector with less opportunity there will be more crime and gangs with the lack of consistency to grow as a people in our black community….Especially with the youth if you don’t instantly become what people say you can pride allows the negativity take over…I think Hollywood is still exploiting black actors giving them awards for be exploited with the ”N” word showing the more empowerment to the past of slavery….But we have made some progress with owners of pro teams but we cannot no the importance of hiring our people when they are qualified to the jobs because we are still catching up from all the poverty and drug use in the black community…
