A women of many names (Teaspoon, KHyatt, The Princess Of Hip Hop And Rnb, The Kings Daughter and last but not least Stoney Ocean) This journey began at the age of 10, moving away from her home town after 10 years Flint, Michigan leaving friends and family behind, she began to write, influenced by rappers like Tupac, Cash Money, and No limit. Raps turned into songs, songs turned into movies, and movies turned into poems. She has over thousands of music written for guys and girls for all genres. Stoney has written five movies, starred and directed school plays, currently working on her 6th movie also writing a TV show! Taking everything little by little in 2009 she found her Artist name (Stoney Ocean/ The Princess) Stoney Ocean coming from Jermaine Dupri’s group “Oceans7” which consist of JD, B.cox, Nelly, Trey Songz, Johnta Austin, Usher and Tyrone. The Princess aka The Kings Daughter comes from dealing with a life changing situation in 2007 dealing with her father/Manager, she turned to T.I. “The King” to help her cope. In 2010 she dropped her first mixtape entitled SVP ( Stoney Ocean Vs The Princess) shot her own videos, wrote all the songs, sent the mixtape to thousands of people, did 4 shows, got great responses! Currently working on new material and doing more shows.
