Romeo from Tha LB Fam is glad to be back in the music industry after being away for over three years. Romeo of Tha LB Fam, better known as the Prince of Hip Hop, is considered one of today’s biggest stars out of South Side Jamaica Queens New York, Zone 6-East Atlanta Georgia and Miami Florida. This superstar has made a name for himself as being apart of the rap group the Lost Boyz which is considered one of the most recognized groups ever in theHip-Hop & Rap World.

So from his inception, the SouthSide Jamaica Queens, New York born native of Harlem, New York has practiced asincere and literate style of underground New York City hip-hop, sustaining substantial critical acclaim with the Lost Boyz, and an exlusive solo career. Romeo joins the ranks as one of the most influential rap groups / rap MC’shailing from Queens, New York along-side: Q-tip and A Tribe Called Quest, Pharoah Monch, Ja Rule, Phife Dawg, Jam Master Jay (Run DMC), Rev Run (Run DMC ),Darryl McDaniels( Run DMC), Talib Kweli, Nyce, Mc Shan, MC Craig G and 50 Cent to name but a few.

The Lost Boyz, is a Queens, NewYork based hip-hop crew which debuted in the mid 1990’s and quickly climbed thecharts with a handful of popular tracks that won numerous awards. The group,whose members were Freaky Tah, Spigg Nice, Pretty Lou, and Mr. Cheeks,unleashed an unrivaled string of hit singles (“Jeeps, Lex Coups, Bimas andBenz,” “Lifestyles of the Rich and Shameless,” “Music Makes Me High” and “Renee”) that set the stage for the crew’s much-delayed Legal Drug Money album. After struggling for virtually a decade to be heard, the Lost Boyz had reason to celebrate: the single “Renee”went gold, and the album Legal Drug Money eventually went gold, and the album Legal Drug Money eventually went platinum.

In March 1999, Lost Boyz member, Freaky Tah, was murdered while leaving Mr. Cheeks’ birthday party in Queens, N.Y. After Tah’s death the Lost Boyz effectively broke up, and Mr. Cheeks and Romeo remained quiet.

Romeo recently released the mixed tape called: ROMEDOLLARZ “I’m The Shit Mixtape” which was under the direction of So Icey Entertainment, Mizay Entertainment, 1017 Brick SquadRecords and was Hosted & MIxed By; Dj. Junio Of Zoe Pound Entertainment Inc.

Keep a look out for Romeo’s 1st Solo Album debut, which is to be released in late 2011. With Romeo’s wonderful talent and skill, this album is going to be something for everyone to hear. The collaborations on the upcoming album will include Lexxi Banx, Yung –Kade, Waka Flocka Flame, Brick Flaco, Ms Red and more will make this album even more special. Romeo will bring Top 40, Hip Hop, and Dance beats all into one album.
