My body has finally recovered from Saturday and my roommate comes home asking me if I want to go run with her….WTH!?! Lol…..I’m taking a week off from working out, she’s lost her mind! Who cares if it was only a mile lmao #don’tjudgeme

I crossed the finish line for the Country Music 1/2 Marathon on Saturday! It was the most difficult experience I’ve had so far this year but I would do it again.
Congrats. I talked with someone last week who had just run a 1/2 marathon here in Alabama and she said that she had to call for help after the run. She couldn’t even drive after the marathon. lol
Yeah it can be one of the most brutal thing to your body. I would definitely train differently for the next one. Nashville is one of the hosts cities known for its hills…..I almost broke down and cried at one point with all the pain
