If she won American idol it’s not so much the label will be bs’n but she is already under several contracts before even landing whatever major if it hasn’t been confirmed yet. Getting her prior to winning would have been ordeal but still possible. Unlikely. What about alpoko Don? Did you know he made the billboard indie charts & overseas charts? He makes beats with his hands but who says he won’t use production later? We had him on our show and he plans to do more.

Another thing would be your artist pushing themselves just as much as you are to ensure you both are getting your fair share of promo in & out. Everyone is saying the same thing because there is some truth to it. You may hear repeated information but chances are there will be new networks. A physical presence beats online any day. There is no one way or right/wrong way into the industry but you can increase your chances by at least applying the knowledge, & talent/networking aspects which you clearly have. If SC has not caught on to you yet then move to a market in which you could be productive. Putting my city on doesn’t mean I have to reside there 24/7. Can’t nobody do s or be as effective w/o moving around at some point. When online, and conferences aren’t working, then it’s time to maybe look into working w again, an artist who already has an established fan base free of contracts. It takes many years to get in. I kno to peeps spent about a decade. Hang in there & just know only you can decide when it’s time to take your production, and brand to a whole new level. Put your self on. Create your own opportunities, lanes, & meet me at the top where we headed! Lol
