Unless i’m a drug lord or a very very very secretive government agent……..hell nah!…but iono…when ppl have billions and shit, they buy shit just cause they can. Or I would buy it and make money off of it and rent it out to other rich folks… i’d do some shit. I have a wide imagination….prolly put some horses and shit for some entertainment….. sorry for rambling on…. peace..

If I had 100m to spend, I’d definitely use it on that property. Everything else should be in place if I’ve made 100 million. I’d hold on to that place for the rest of my life and pass it down through the generations; it’s beautiful.

Yep!!! Shure would!!! I see a lot of things I could do with the property alone!!!

No to much land and trees I can’t have that I would be scared someone might come running on my property might have to bust a cap in yo ass you do that. And I agree with Bahamas242 Unless I was undercover top secret than maybe but then again you can fix it up but all them trees I cant deal with but it’s beautiful! And you know what where is this??? Cause houses in dubai and shit their houses are crazy I went inside one and it was like paradise so if I had 100 million I would buy a home in Dubai!!!! or somewhere in the UAE near the water

That would depend on the amenities & who is sharing that space with me. If the price is 10 million and i’m pondering making the purchase, 10 million is a fraction of what’s in my wallet. Looks totally serene, like a scene in a movie.

I wouldn’t simply because I love to truly ENTERTAIN…this how is seems more for “show” rather than having the family over or whatever. Even if i had Oprah’s money I would rather buy like the Old Mike Tyson estate…I think 50 bought it for a $4.1mil, and it has a gym, theater, bowling alley…etc..all the things that it would take to enjoy the family and friends…for a mere fraction of the price. I know that u are really paying for the land…but I don’t need THAT much land…40acres..i’m cool…lol

  13. Flawless says
    31 Oct 09, 2:19pm

My mistake, 100m is the asking price. Yet, my answer remains the same.

  14. MissLisaBaby says
    31 Oct 09, 2:29pm

Hell yea! You basically have your own country! You can move your whole family in. I would host all the events at my house, nobody could compete with that!

  15. 31 Oct 09, 2:32pm

I would buy it, flip the land….build subdivisions and a shopping ctr for the neighborhoods. Now imagine how much return i would get on that…….JD let’s do it since I came up with the idea :-) lmao

  16. Minnie says

It’s gorgeous and it looks so peaceful. Depending on where it is, yes I’d buy it.

A part of me wants to say no because thats just too much damn house. Im not plannin on having 45 kids so what the do i need 45 rooms for? Another part of me wants say yes because it’s sobeautiful. The land, the house, everything. What state is this in?

  18. shavondenise says
    31 Oct 09, 3:37pm

Nope!! I am assuming I am rich and I got 100M 10 times over if I am even considering this property but even then I cant see spending 100M on a mansion when I am not going to really use 45rooms. At some point the fame and the richness is just for show!!

  19. Nuance says
    31 Oct 09, 3:57pm

Hell Yes! I would buy that!

  20. 31 Oct 09, 4:32pm

I’M A CITY GIRL SO TOO MANY TREES BEHIND MY HOUSE WOULD TOTALLY FREAK ME OUT. LOL I DON’T EVEN THINK I’D BE ABLE TO FALL ASLEEP IN THAT HOUSE UNLESS EVERY ROOM WAS OCCUPIED.

  21. Charloetta says
    31 Oct 09, 5:25pm

Not me..if i had the money i would want one maybe half the size..that house is tooooooo big i’d be scared at night…unless all my extended family lived in it with me..i love the land around it tho..i would just need something nice where my ppl can stay after family gatherings and we can have a serious bbq..parties..swim…fish in the lake etc

  22. Pedro says

JayDeezy, Thats the Mason Verger joint. Mo prolly? know what im talking about, if not tell ‘em ta ask Hannibal. But the only way I would own all of that is if I can buy it at that price 6x’s over. Meaning for my “small aged family members” if I had $600M on tha side and I wanted to spend some of it. Just the way I do things homie. Put moms on the right side, me and the wife n son in the middle. An we’ll keep a couple open for Oceans and Lifers: some rates may apply, not all applications will be accepted due to timing, capacity, and or but not limited to season. BIEM!!!

Aaron Spelling’s joint was more than double the size for only 150M. They’re asking for $4000/sq ft. Who needs 300 acres really? You could build for cheaper if you have that much bread. I’m curious as to what it appraised for.

It look too far out in the woods for me…it beautiful!! I don’t like the hallway it looks kind of cold lack warmth.

I would make that area a resort with alot of recreational activities. You know making nature trails and hiking etc etc. I would get upscale restaurant, hotel and shopping nearby.

I would consider a place near water for 100million!! See if you can find one JD and post a pic!! LOL

    JD,
Yes I would purchase this property and turn it into a non profit orginization for inner city children.
Many of my volunteer instructors will be older kids who had to grow up in group homes.
They would live and work at the estate.
I would provide all kinds of learning environments, from flight simulators to state of the art computer labs, music labs, dance studios, horses, media arts, etc..
Give and show our future (kids) all of the many things that they can achieve in this life, what it looks like, and how it works.
Too many kids today, believe that the future is going to be short and lame, just like childhood. They are watching some of us mess-up big time and the rest are no better because they allow the others to mess-up and go unpunished.
But, money talks, and b.s walks, and i’m still trying to win the mega million in order to make this happen. Thanks for the inspirational pic of this wonderful property.

    Peace of Mind,
    PrettyBrownEyes

  42. Beran says
    01 Nov 09, 9:43am

Yeah. If i had 100 million i would buy it. But then again the expenses would be huge. I wonder how much it costs to get the grass trimmed? lol

But ya if i had enough money so that the cost of the property and the expenses didn’t mean much to me of course i would buy it, without a doubt.

I don’t wanna think about it too much, that shit depresses me.

  43. 01 Nov 09, 10:13am

MAN THAT’S RIDICULOUS JUST IMAGINE HOW MONEY U WOULD HAVE TO PAY BACK DURING TAX TIME UGH IN WORDS OF WHITNEY HOUSTON I’D SAY “HELL TO DA NAW!!!!!”

I still stand on my comment. If Im flexin like that I already got a few Properties on the water I lease out when im not there. BUt when I get tired of all tha Barbies an Kens I can come to my own Piece and relish Quiet. No sirens, no gunshots, less they comin form me and mines. No Opportunistic ppl randomly knocking on my door or ringin my buzzer.

THanks JayDeezy for the chance to Dream BIG. Im on my second phase of my Vacay. Wouldn’t it be nice.

Folk buyin stuff right now they dont need nor can afford. With money that aint theirs. SO again if I was sittin on 600mil and wanted to spend it………ppl do that everyday too.

  46. LauranDeAnna says
    01 Nov 09, 1:16pm

No, I think that house is way to big. I love the surroundings , like the trees and woods, that’s like the area I live in now. No street lights just a dark neighborhood with just lights from everyones porch lights. But houses that big does not have the warmth of home.

just thinking i’d have to have more than the 100 million..the upkeep on this house and property has got to be expensive every month

  49. Lil Hawk says
    01 Nov 09, 2:35pm

Nope, just because I have it does not mean i have to spend it. If my hands were tied and I had to, sure, I would take it. Take that peace of land, and chop it up into 1.25 acres and build small houses. I would turn that house into a mall / convince store. That way I would create a neighborhood / town all on this piece of land….
