    J.D. c’mon if he picked #9 you’d say he was copying MJ’s dream team number,if he picked 17 you’d say it’s because Mike Jordan birthday is on the 17th.

    @princess right!
    he’s a traitor who humilated our whole city on national TV last night.. I hope he knows it won’t mean anything if he wins a ring there.. I used to respect and admire LeBron but he’s totally become a narcisstic, talking about how much he gave us, no LeBron we’re the one’s who built you up like a King and gave you everything you ever wanted just so you could shit on us like you’re to good.. I guess we set ourselves up for failure when we worshiped you and your friends.. let’s hope he doesn’t come back to St V’s cuz we don’t want him there after he slaped us all in the face.. and to the people who are telling us it’s no big deal; shut the fuck up.. unless you’ve lived here and have gone through all the sport heartbreakes you don’t understand, especially when it’s someone who grew up here and knows about all of it.. and if this was happening to your own team you would be just as pissed..

    Could be that 2×3=6.. Couldn’t be 23 or didn’t want to.. Chalmers is low on the bankroll so James is gonna get dibs on whatever number he wants. Also take into consideration that on the USA team he was #6..

    Just found out the Heat retired the #23 in honor of “His Greatness” (if know who i’m talkin bout, get outta here) on April 11, 2003. They said no one on the Heat will ever wear the number again. Look it up.. nuff said

    @Sky people don’t really care that he’s leaving, sure it sucks for the Cavs fans and the city of Cleveland economically, but we all saw that coming.. it’s the way he handled the whole situation that make people mad.
    I think we all know what a free agent means, and it doesn’t mean being an ass on national TV and talking shit about being loyal (coming from a Bulls fan)
    oh well LeBron’s career is over in many’s eyes anyways

    JD, Real rap Lebron made a very serious move that could make him look like the laughing stock if he doesn’t win a championship. As far as the jersey number is concerned “That is the least of his worries”. Good Luck to Lebron in Miami! He tried for seven years in Cleveland to no avail. The city should be happy he came there in the first place. JD dont forget to check out the http://www.soundclick.com/philadefentertainmentllc page it worth a look homie.

    Im so glad that King James is going to the heat cant wait to see there first game although in australia i bet i wont get to see it

  22. 10 Jul 10, 4:30pm

    @ angie32_ltl LMAO that was so funny

    Given I am in Miami I am glad he is coming I mean there is no reason to be mad, I was happy actually elated that Bosh was coming and I was good with that, gettin Lebron is just added incentive. It’s messed how he did it, yes I must admit, but no one knows the real reason he left Cleveland and until then we shouldnt bash him. If I were a Cleveland fan I’d be mad too, because of D Wade had left us I would be mad as hell but all in all we need to see that the NBA is just a business like any other. There is money to be made and they are going to make it any which way they can. Until then I wait patiently for next season.

    I’m from cleveland there was an article awhile back when he was talking about the league retiring the #23 to honor MJ. He said after meeting with Pat Riley and Michael Jordan that he would change his number to his olypmic number #6. *Sidenote* Check the history players that chase a ring rarely get one. No ring for the king, he will just break alot of individual records (youngest to do get 15k pts, 1k rebs, etc…)
