Kelly Rowland gives the green light to world premier her new single Kisses Down Low produced by Mike Will Made It. This will appear on Kelly new album Year Of The Woman which is expected to hit stores and Itunes later on this year.

    I like the title, especially when it comes to Kelly. The song is decent.
