Jay-Z at (@S_C_ ) Sean Carter Foundation Press Conference

Jay-Z announced at his press conference that he will be performing two shows at NYC’s Carnegie Hall on February 6 and 7. Here’s a preview of what jay-z had to say.

“It’s every artists dream to play a venue as legendary as Carnegie Hall. The fact that I can use the arts and my talent to benefit the education of the next generation of artists, entrepreneurs, and great thinkers makes for a legendary night. I’m proud to be a part of the continuing work of United Way of New York City and expanding the Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation.”

Tickets will be sold privately on December 12 and are limited public tickets will go on sale Jan 30 at 11 am.

  1. I am proud of you Jay, Carnegie Hall, aiding our community. I love it! You can say what you want about Hip Hop but these artists do contribute to others in an attempt to make their lives better than what many of them experienced, Jay, Tip, Luda, Nelly, JD, and many more. Hip Hop has transcended race, politics, and many other fronts in a positive way. We always glorify the negative, I like celebrating the positive! PS, I’d like to have Tip, Kanye, and You perform that Niggas In Paris (My wish list, lol)
