iPhone 6s Might Be Apple’s Biggest Update Yet

Reports are noting that the key feature with the new iPhone will be the implementation of the pressure-sensitive Force Touch, which will better respond to how you press on the surface. It was originally thought that only the iPhone 6s Plus would have this capability, but that is now looking to be less likely.

In terms of size, don’t expect a 4-inch iPhone to arrive with this delivery, as the 6s will feature a 4.7-inch display and the 6s Plus, a 5.5-inch. The new range of 6s phones will reportedly be powered by Apple’s A9 chipset, obtain 2GB of LPDDR4 RAM, and boast a 12 megapixel camera. In addition to the previous iPhone 6 color options, we could be looking at a rose gold 6s iteration as well. There have been rumors of a sapphire-covered display to be featured on the 6s Plus, but for now, our best hope may be a limited edition of such a phone.

In solving the controversial bend issue for the iPhone 6, the 6s series is expected to showcase new material construction built of 60% stronger aluminum, similar to that used on the Apple Watch.

Finally, in better promotion of Apple Pay, we may also see a more accurate and convenient Touch ID implemented
